Jungle Bear Inc assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation. Attendees must be 21 years of age or older with a valid ID to attend Spirit Mansion. Please be advised that this live show contains flashing lights that may trigger seizures for individuals with photosensitive epilepsy or other seizure disorders. Guest discretion is advised. If you or anyone in your party is susceptible to seizures or has any concerns about the effects of flashing lights, we recommend taking necessary precautions or refraining from attending this event. You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of Jungle Bear Inc, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute the Jungle Bear Inc’s intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations. You grant Jungle Bear Inc a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement. As a user of this website, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. Jungle Bear Inc reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Jungle Bear Inc and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website. No cash/money is exchanged on the premises. Nothing is exchanged on the premises. Tickets to the Spirit Mansion show are not available for sale “at the door”. We have less than 150 attendees. The Spirit Mansion website is used as a tool to provide tickets for the Spirit Mansion show only. No alcohol is available for sale at the premise. Nothing can be offered as consideration, exchanged, or transferred in order to acquire alcohol. There should be no assumption that a purchase is necessary to acquire alcohol, alcohol is available free of charge, to anyone that enters the premise over 21 with valid ID and not intoxicated. In the event that Jungle Bear Inc is unable to perform its obligations under the Terms Of Service or fulfill the production and promises of Spirit Mansion because of acts of God, strikes, equipment or transmission failure or damage beyond its reasonable control, or other causes beyond its reasonable control, Jungle Bear Inc shall not be liable to any other party for any damages resulting from such failure to perform or otherwise from such causes. Additionally, Jungle Bear Inc shall not be liable to refund or return in part or partial any funds collected for the production of Spirit Mansion.
